Esport tennis share (Tennis Tapiola Oy shares nos. 2006–2020) entitling to the Thursday 18:00–19:00 slot, Espoo

Prime-time tennis slot Thursdays 18:00–19:00 at Esport Center, Espoo. The entitlement to this slot consists of TennisTapiola Oy shares nos. 2006–2020, 15 shares, B series. The shares are debt-free; when I no longer needed it years ago I rented the slot as a regular booking and it has always sold. It is currently held by a regular user but can be converted to private use. I now know I will not need it, so I am giving up the slot.

The sale is a private transaction between users. A standard share purchase agreement will be prepared and can be signed electronically. Payment and transfer of ownership and management rights are made upon signing. The buyer is responsible for any taxes (wealth tax etc.). The timing of signing the agreement and delivery of the share certificate will be agreed separately.

Terms of sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder (if the reserve is met).

The item is sold as a private transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to bid in person by giving the seller an offer on site. Tricolore Oy and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale. 

Inspection

Bidders must inspect the item and company documents (such as the articles of association) before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in a prior inspection.  

Seller's information

Tricolore Oy warrants it owns the item. Tricolore Oy warrants it has provided the buyer with all information it knows and that could be expected to affect the sale. The articles of association are attached.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the purchase agreement will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares take place at the signing.  

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price.  

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to complete due to the bidder, the seller has the right to receive an agreed standard compensation of €100.
