Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or comparable tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products in our showroom, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks storage charge €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase / for an unpaid successful bid.
