A modern inverter welder by Kraft&Dele designed for arc welding with coated electrodes. Coated electrode welding is an arc welding method using a consumable metal electrode with a compressed coating.

The unit is intended for manual electric welding using electrodes 1.6–5.0 mm, depending on the chosen material and its thickness. Smooth adjustment of the welding current allows optimal welding even for beginners.

The welder is equipped with a VRD system (Voltage Reduction Device), which lowers the torch voltage when welding is not in progress. This increases user safety by minimising the risk of electric shock. The correct voltage is restored when the arc is struck again.
