The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 6 January 2026 at 15:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. If the highest bid is accepted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide separate payment instructions to the buyer after acceptance. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer. If payment is not made within the time limit, the buyer must pay default interest under section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price until the entire purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed. The current default interest rate is 9.50%. Interest may change semi‑annually on the rate adjustment date.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and it will be sold by the enforcement officer by free official sale (UK 5:76 §) in an online auction, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where appropriate and the specific terms stated in the sales brochure.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
