The item is sold by competitive bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 6 January 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. A bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. If the highest bid is accepted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide separate payment instructions to the buyer after acceptance. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer. If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act until the full purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out. The current default interest rate is 9.50%. The rate may change semi-annually on the interest adjustment date.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public official sale conducted by the enforcement officer (Enforcement Code 5:76) in an online auction, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms stated in the sales prospectus.

Prospective buyers are urged to acquaint themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales prospectus and the attached documents before placing a bid. Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
