The item is sold by competitive bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends on 6 January 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. A bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. See the general auction terms and conditions for information on the binding nature of bids and the buyer's liability to compensate. If the highest bid is accepted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted and provide separate payment instructions to the buyer after acceptance. The successful bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the successful bidder will be regarded as the buyer. If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the full purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been completed. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%. Interest may be adjusted semi-annually on the interest adjustment date.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the successful bidder whose bid was accepted. The successful bidder must also indicate on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the successful bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer via an unencumbered official online sale (Enforcement Code, chapter 5, section 76), i.e. an online auction, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms of sale stated in the sales brochure.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
