Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

You must collect the goods within 2 weeks; you may also view additional products in our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
