• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders have a duty to inspect the premises, company documents and related papers before making a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The sold item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid carries its own collection fee; if you win several lots, a collection fee applies for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may affect your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bid. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer is considered to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction conditions and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold "as-is", but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the listing information is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
