The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quickly and easily installed 12 m2 (3,000 × 4,000 mm) treated-wood terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/drill to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast-to-install terrace solution. The prefabricated terrace matches the appearance and durability of a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance; the decking is continuous without end joints. The deck is made from a solid and sturdy 145 mm wide treated timber board. The edging boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable legs is delivered with a single edging board border. A prefabricated terrace with high adjustable legs is delivered with two edging board borders.

The terrace is delivered as four ready-made elements sized 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm each. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward; for the installation work you only need a screwdriver/drill. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed onto concrete slabs using adjustable legs. The adjustable legs allow for small surface irregularities at the installation site and minor ground level differences. The low adjustable leg allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable leg up to 80 mm. Terrace height depends on the leg setting: with the low leg 266–306 mm, with the high leg 306–386 mm from the ground to the top surface. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing membrane to place under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt correctly, and fitting the next element. The elements are joined to each other with screw connections. The joining method is strong, and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver/drill bits are included in the delivery.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easily extendable and can be fitted afterwards with accessories such as railings. Patio prefabricated terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that equipping the terrace is easy even as a retrofit.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace includes a five-year structural warranty.
