Please note that a furniture item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels that apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new with no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be a little stiffer, e.g. on an office chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded compared with new, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on the office chair.

Items with winning bids must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless otherwise agreed.
