Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority after acceptance of the bid.


Terms of sale:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms.
