• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from active use or storage and have been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the company documents and relevant papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "Delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Source of goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, please check all related matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the auction. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each commenced day beyond the collection time.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned their purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold under "as is" conditions, but the seller is responsible that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
