The seller will notify acceptance or rejection of the lot no later than 14 December 2025 at 20:00.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance is provided on behalf of the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at other times is not possible.

Access to the building is through the door circled in the last picture. The building is in the inner courtyard and there is ample space for a vehicle in front of the building.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance; a receipt must be presented when collecting the lot.


After acceptance of the bid the buyer will receive payment and collection details by email (Huutokaupat.com's email, "instructions for the collector" field)
