The seller will announce acceptance or rejection of the lot no later than 14 December 2025 at 20:00.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at other times is not possible.


The lot is located on the fourth floor; there is a small lift.


Access to the building is via the circled door in the last photo. The building is in the inner courtyard and there is ample space for a vehicle in front of it.


The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; the receipt must be presented when collecting the lot.
