The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance is provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at any other time is not possible.


The lot is located on the fourth floor; there is a small lift at the property.


Entrance to the building is through the door circled in the final photo. The building is on the inner courtyard and there is good vehicle access in front of the building.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance; a receipt must be presented when collecting the lot.


After acceptance of the winning bid the buyer will receive payment and collection details by email (Huutokaupat.com email, "instructions for collector" field)
