Please note that an item described as in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer, e.g. in an office chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded from new but functioning chairs are classed as satisfactory.

• Fair: Upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer, e.g. in an office chair.

Items won must be collected within one week of the successful bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be emailed after the auction ends.
