The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must always safely disconnect equipment from electrical or water mains at their own expense.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction closing, unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If the lot is not collected within a week, the bidder pays storage charges according to the invoice.

If purchased items must be moved from the rented premises to our warehouse after a week, we will charge the bidder for the relocation costs.

The sold goods do not include VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
