Aku Pro is a SPECIAL-HEAVY trailer with a fully welded, hot-dip galvanised chassis manufactured from precision laser-cut parts.

-Extra-strong leaf-spring axle (2000 kg)

-Stronger 1500 kg coupling head, with safety cable as standard

-Wheel fitted with 5 bolts (5×112), stronger C-class tyres with M+S marking

-Watertight, maintenance-free Knott hubs (NOTE: HUBS ARE 1000 kg EACH with large bearings, built to endure hard use.)

-Jockey wheel with reinforced mount.

-Durable suspension with 2×4-leaf springs and shock absorbers. Shock absorbers aligned with load direction, not in the middle as a lever — this genuinely improves traction on icy, snowy or wet surfaces.

-Extra-strong sides, reinforced with a welded tubular frame. (Not bolted sheet pieces)

-Front and rear boards are extra-strong, made from hot-dip galvanised steel to withstand Nordic conditions.

-Watertight plywood floor with non-slip surface finish.

-The tailboard is additionally plywood-lined and reinforced with a surrounding frame.

-Quality bed locks on the end boards mounted on the trailer sides, so they don't get trapped under the tailboard when loading.

-Tip with gas strut.
