The object is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 3 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest online auction bid. The person who made the highest accepted bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. A written offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.
