The City of Raseborg offers for sale the property Västerby skola, plot 710-9-9345-2 with buildings at Trollbölevägen 38 in Ekenäs.

The site includes a two‑storey wooden building of about 330 m² (built c. 1904) and a single‑storey wooden building with cellar of about 220 m² (corrected) (built c. 1990). The buildings have been used for educational purposes.

The property is connected to municipal services, has oil heating and an electricity connection.

The buildings’ floor areas have not been re‑measured. Fixtures and fittings are not included in the sale. The outdoor rink in the yard is not included in the sale.

The plot is included in the Hisinger block zoning plan (in force 22 August 2025) and is designated ALP/s-1 (block area for residential, commercial, office and service buildings where the environment is preserved).

The plot area is 13,571 m² and the building right is approx. 3,392 m² GFA. Changing the building’s use or additional construction on the plot may require a zoning amendment, a deviation decision or a building permit.

Harmful substances may be present in the building structures; no hazardous‑substance survey has been carried out. No condition inspection has been carried out in the building.

The City of Raseborg is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s software. The city reserves the right to end or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted via the online auction are binding. The object will be sold to the highest bidder (total price, €). The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Conditional bids will not be accepted.

The property is sold as seen and with the equipment stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The descriptions in the advertisement are only the seller’s assessment of the object.

Anyone taking part in the auction must inspect the object before submitting a binding bid. By bidding, the bidder accepts the condition of the object.

The buyer pays the purchase price at the time of purchase. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon signing the deed of sale and payment of the purchase price.
